PREFACE
The final report has been prepared by the centre co-ordinators Johnny Fredericia and Dan Rosbjerg and the chairman of the centre council Anders Bækgaard. The report and the assessment are the responsibility of these three authors.
As background material, the authors have had extensive reporting from the project co-ordinators Peter Gravesen, Hans-Jørgen Albrechtsen, and Karsten Høgh Jensen, who together with the centre management have formed the centre’s steering group. Further, the project co-ordinators have supplemented and corrected the draft of the report. The reporting from the project co-ordinators and from the subproject co-ordinators is included as appendix 1 and 2 respectively.
Editing and writing have been facilitated by extensive and professional work by chief geologist Arne Dinesen, administrative officer Birgit Jørgensen, and senior researcher Jens Aamand, who during the whole project period have made up the centre’s secretariat. Drawings included in the report have been prepared by GEUS’ graphic unit and the printing by GEUS’ secretariat. We are grateful for the help and assistance in preparing the report.
