RSS originally stood for Rich Site Summary, but as the language behind it was improved it was renamed to Really Simple Syndication, which makes more sense: a simple way for web sites to syndicate content. An RSS page on a web site is often referred to as its "RSS Feed", "web feed" or "news feed".

To have Firefox watch the web site left-click the icon and select the title you are interested in - some sites have more than one. This will bring up the familiar "Add Bookmarks" dialogue. Select "OK", and you will see the Live Bookmark displayed in your Bookmarks menu. Under this entry all of the articles for that site will be displayed. Simple!
