Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland Bulletin is an Open Access journal published three times a year in identical electronic and printed versions. The electronic version can be freely downloaded for scientific purposes from GEUS' web site. The journal publishes comprehensive research papers in English of long-lasting international value and with focus on Greenland, Denmark, and the North Sea regions. A journal issue typically comprises either a single monograph-style paper or a group of topically related papers, and there is scope for adequate documentation including high-quality illustrations in colour and data tables. All papers are externally refereed by at least two, typically non-Danish scientists. External authors are encouraged to contact the editorial office regarding submission of papers or groups of papers that fall within the above framework. Furthermore, the editorial and graphics staff can provide technical assistance based on individual agreement. Authors are not charged for publication. GEUS has the copyright but always gives permission to the authors to use their articles, or extracts from them, for research purposes. The journal includes an annual volume of about twenty 4-page scientific, refereed papers, which document the activities of the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland.
